Buy Online, Pick Up In Store or Warehouse

We’re committed to the health and safety of our customers and associates. You can either collect your order at the in-store service desk or choose contactless warehouse pick-up and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle.

Here’s How It Works

Buy Online and Choose "Pick Up In Store"

When placing an order online, select “Pick Up In Store” from the options in your cart.

Your Order is Ready for Pick-Up

After you receive an email that your order is ready, head to the store to collect your order from the in-store service desk. Remember to bring your order number and photo ID.

I'm Here!

Upon your arrival at the store, you will find signage that will help direct you to the appropriate location. Please make sure to have your order number and identification readily available.

For your convenience, items purchased online can be returned our stores within 90 days of purchase. Bring the item(s) and the order number to your local store for credit to your original tender or a Rhodium store credit. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Please see Return Policy Exceptions for further details.

Online returns can also be made by calling 236-990-2686 within 90 days of purchase. We'll arrange for your item to be picked up and returned, as well as provide you with a return authorization number.
